Led by the Spirit - Chapter Guidelines

• With the divine guidance of the Holy Sprit our doors of ministry opportunity are opened.
• We Will share the love of God with others.
• You must have a desire to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Sons of Thunder M/M shall be a nondenominational organization open to all religious practices provided they comply with the teachings of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
• We believe our motorcycles are tools to be used of the Lord Jesus Christ as a way to reaching the hurt, lost and sharing His love with others. It is not mandatory to be a motorcycle rider; it is open to all Christians.
• Sons of Thunder M/M is open to every Christian regardless of race, creed, color or sex.
• There shall be no required fees or dues to be a member of a chapter. Chapters are to be self-supporting through free will offerings, fund-raisers, and donations.
• Members are encouraged to wear SOTMM colors, especially when involved in motorcycling events.
• We ask that our members exhibit a lifestyle that is pleasing to God and honors his word. No one is to wear SOTMM colors while consuming alcohol, or partaking in an immoral activity, deed or word-anything that would discredit the ministry of the Sons of Thunder Motorcycle Ministry or the testimony of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
• If the need of discipline of any SOTMM member shall arise, it shall be handled with prayer and love according to Biblical principle, as found in Matthew 18:15-20, Luke 17:3, Titus 3:10.

Elected chapter officers:

• President: To preside over and conduct all chapter meetings, to appoint all committee chairmen, to conduct chapter staff meetings and chapter business meetings; to observe and enforce the chapter constitution as well as the laws of Jesus.
• Vice President: To assume the duties of the president in the event of an absence. To be present at all chapter staff and business meetings; to assist others. Assume the duties of any other officer in the event of an absence.
• Chaplin: To provide spiritual direction for the chapter members.  To pursue and coordinate ministry opportunities for the chapter. To encourage and help members in individual ministry opportunities.  To lead a devotion at chapter meetings.
• Secretary: To keep minutes of all chapter meetings and to prepare them for publication in the chapter.  Record attendance at chapter functions.
• Treasurer: To receive and disperse all chapter funds; to keep an accurate account of such transactions and provide a report of such transactions at each meeting.

• Their lives and lifestyles must exhibit a profound faith in Christ and His teachings.
• Be an active member of the SOTMM for Jesus for 3 months.
• Be willing to make a commitment to fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of the elected position.
• Uphold the Constitution and the Laws of the Holy Bible For Jesus Christ.
• Please read the following scriptures to give you a better understanding of these requirements. If you become a member of Sons of Thunder Motorcycle Ministry you will be accountable to God for your decisions and actions:
